退货指南

Return Policies

至尊敬的顧客:

貨物出門 , 怒不退還一向都是公司的出貨營運規矩 , 但是我們也會酌情處理某些情況 :
If the goods sold ,it is always the company's shipping operating rules to not return the goods, but we will also deal with certain situations as appropriate:

情況 1 : 貨品已壞
Situation 1: The goods are broken

貨品在還沒超過有效日期 , 但是貨品已證實壞掉 ,我們會將已壞掉的藥品換回新的藥品給顧客.壞掉的藥品必須給回公司. 以便我們能和廠家協手調查藥品損壞原因.顧客也要配合公司填寫退還表格.(須符合條件)

The product has not exceeded the expired date ,but the product has been proved to be broken, we will exchange the broken medicine back for the new medicine to the customer. The broken medicine must be returned to the company. So that we can cooperate with the manufacturer investigate the cause of the damage to the drug by hand. Customers must also cooperate with the company to fill out the return form. (Required to meet the conditions)

情況 2 : 貨品經運輸打破
Situation 2: The goods are broken after shipment

若有此情況發生, 本公司將會親自處理已打破的藥品以及儘快補還已打破的貨品給顧客. 本公司會與運輸公司處理情況.

If this happens, the company will personally handle the broken medicine and return the broken goods to the customer as soon as possible. We  will deal with the situation with the transportation company.

情況 3 : 貨品不能退還或補還
Situation 3: The goods cannot be returned or repaid

若有貨品已經超過或者少過 3個月有效期 ,公司將不會接受任何的退還貨品.

If there are goods that have exceeded or less than the expired date of 3 months, We will not accept any returned goods.

情況 4 : 貨品退還以及退款條規
Scenario 4: Goods return and refund policy

與有效日期少過 12個月,公司將不會全數退款給顧客 ,只能將顧客買此貨品的價錢退還 50 % 而已.
有效日期少過06個月,公司將不會全數退款給顧客 ,只能將顧客買此貨品的價錢退還 30 % 而已.

If the effective date is less than 12 months ,we will not refund the customer in full, and can only refund 50% of the price of the product.

If the effective date is less than 06 months ,we will not refund the customer in full, and can only refund 30% of the price of the product.
